(CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy addresses relationships between thoughts, feeling and actions that may cause distress in your life. Individuals will become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking and respond to challenging situations more effectively. Thoughts affect how you feel and how you behave. Forms of CBT are used to treat many facets of Trauma
Solution Focused Brief Therapy
(SFBT)
Solution Focused Therapy focuses on finding solutions and understanding the presenting problem. Therapist will help the client by using motivational interviewing to help client learn to recognize their own strengths and skills through the therapy process.
Interpersonal Psychotherapy
(IPT)
Interpersonal Psychotherapy is designed to help people address current concerns and improve interpersonal relationships. As relationships strengthen, they can become a great support through the healing process for the client.
Multicultural Therapy
(MT)
Multicultural Therapy address the concerns of those whose race, ethnicity, religion, gender identification , income, disability or other social factors that falls outside of the majority group. This is a form of talk therapy but other interventions can be combined depending on the needs of the client.
